His children were brought up by his brother-in-law Leib after his and his wife's early death through typhoid fever. Birth year uncertain. Spelling probably Arensdorf. 'Kriegsfreiwilliger Jaeger'. Went to East Prussia in 1813.
Ulla Arnsdorff wrote: "He and his wife died early in an epidemic, the children were brought up by the grandparents Kaminsky."
